The lead time for jewellery repairs depends on a number of factors – the job at hand, scheduling, available materials and so forth. That being said, it is difficult for us to give any time estimations without seeing what needs to be done first. The best way to get an idea of how long it would take to fix your piece is to bring it into the Studio for a complimentary consultation.

Like with lead times, we can’t say for sure how much fixing a given piece would cost without seeing it. Simple repairs can cost a few dollars whereas more exhaustive projects can be more expensive. Our staff would be more than happy to walk you through what needs to be done to fix your piece, and how much it would cost.

Yes, all jewellery repairs are done on-site. When we repair your jewellery, your piece will be getting the same level of craftsmanship that was used to create to all of our award winning pieces.

Yes! If your jewellery is broken, repairing it isn’t the only option you can take when it comes to taking action with it. You can have it redesigned and recycled into a different piece altogether. With our redesign process, we can take your old, broken pieces and turn them into new keepsakes that you’ll love to wear.
